I just quickly ordered this as dessert on a slow Tuesday to eat with my Bonchon Korean food next door.

The food is very mediocre but if you’re on a budget and need something quick it’s pretty okay. Tried the fried rice with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Orange chicken was too sweet and teriyaki chicken was no flavor.

I hate that they never have the super greens available at this location. I like to watch what I eat and that’s the only side I feel good about as their entrees are quite heavy. I work at the mall, so I’m here 5 days a week or so, and Panda would be my first choice during my meal break but every time I ask if they can at least make the greens and I’ll wait, they act like I’ve really burdened them so I’ve stopped asking. I still check every day I work to see if they have the greens made already and they never do. I’m mostly just leaving this review in case someone in management can step in. This is the only location I’ve been to that never has them ready to go.

This location of Panda Express is sub par in terms of service and food quality. Went there a few months ago with my daughter who was visiting me and wife, and I swear to the good Lord that the employees or maybe a couple of them didn't understand English for crying out loud. I had to ask 5 TIMES for a plate to load up my order instead the guy kept asking me for a number of portions. I didn't know how many portions I wanted and money wasn't an issue as I was hungry. Didn't matter if I asked for 1 to 10 portions on a plate I just wanted food!

My daughter was able to get her food. I, on the other hand got tired of the B.S. and went to the Great Steak restaurant and got a cheese steak sub instead. Lastly, my daughter said that the food tasted rushed and wasn't that flavorful compared to other Panda Express locations in Wyoming where she lives.

Vegetarian options: They have some vegan options.

Parking: Not enough handicap parking in my opinion.

Both people who ate the food had stomach issues later in the evening and the next morning. The food was hot but not fresh. A lot of the entrees were not available to order or else there was a very long wait.

Employees were fine but not great.

Went on 6/29, 10 hours later hit with the most severe food poisoning I’ve ever had. Fried rice and orange chicken.

Meh, Its Panda Express. It's not a Michelin Star venue. I ordered different items this time. Noodles, Sweet Heat Chicken and Chicken & Mushrooms. It was a nice alternative burgers (again). My meal was "consitant" with all visits to Panda. Nothing to write home about, but I didn't hate it.

We were at the mall on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The food court was packed with people. We were with a large group and everyone wanted something different so, we visited several restaurants in the food court. We waited in a somewhat long line, which was expected given the amount of people. The line moved very quickly. My child loves their Cub Meal and it's a great value. It comes with an entree/side, as well as apple crisps and either a bottle of Dasani water or an Honest apple juice box. There is plenty of food in the Cub Meal, no complaints there. Even though it was so busy, service was efficient and friendly. All the displayed food appeared fresh and all pans were full and hot. We will definitely visit this particular location again.

Vegetarian options: We are a family of vegetarians. Our go-tos are: the chow mein, vegetable fried rice and cream cheese wontons. There are a few other vegetarian options though too.

Parking: There are two large parking ramps on both the east and west side of the mall. Besides the ramps, scattered around the mall are also some smaller surface lots. All daytime parking at MOA is free. [no overnight parking unless you are staying at one of the attached hotels.] However, due to the size of the mall, you will still have to walk a good bit to reach the food court.

Kid-friendliness: It's a food court restaurant at the Mall of America...could it BE any more kid friendly!?

Wheelchair accessibility: Since this is a food court location, there is plenty of space to maneuver a wheelchair/crutches/etc.

Having visited numerous Panda Express locations, I was disappointed with the service and food quality I received at this venue located in the Mall of America. The food was cold, tasteless, and the service was lukewarm to cold. Suspect this is a management issue, so the owners will want to get involved, ASAP. Check it out yourself while visiting the Mall of America and see what you think.

While visiting the mall, my friend and I decided to get some Panda Express. The portion size was INSANE! We both ate less than $30. Chicken teriyaki was fresh and the noodles were amazing! If you are thinking about trying this place, do it! 10/10 would recommend!
