The worst takeout Chinese food I've ever had, & the worst Panda express. The orange and sesame chicken were both mushy and not crispy at all, and the last couple pieces tasted odd. The lo mein was okay but the cabbage had a weird sour taste and the noodles were alittle dry. My boyfriend's orange soda was also flat, and of course you can't get free refills here. Disgusting, never ordering from MOA Panda or any Panda again.

Had a picky 8 year old who would only eat white rice. They had small containers, but would only sell medium or large portions of rice. Charged 5$. Child could only eat about a quarter of it. Waste of food, will not eat there again ever.

I always donate just to hear the positive words of “thank you” from everyone light up the day, because I rarely hear anything positive nowadays out loud but I got nothing here.
That being said MORE IMPORTANTLY they serve food in ***styrofoam boxes*** what?! Come on now…that’s not good for the body.
And they were out of fortune cookies :(
I still love Panda Express but it was slight disappointment from the ones in the west coast. And especially mall of America?

I used to come here often before they changed staff and now they serve very little chicken and meat…it’s ridiculous and annoying as I already pay $25 for a meal here. It was never like this before. Not coming here again!

The service is poor. They have an express lane but no one is attending the express lane. Also, there is always long line; by the time we reach the counter; feeling to eat is lost. I have been to other places of Panda Express; they function much better than this one.
