Terrible food and terrible service. My pizza was not delivered to my apartment door, it was left by the front door. My pizza was cold and the chicken dinner was incorrect. Never ordering from them again.

Pizza is great! Would be 5 stars but how is a pizza place not open on Sunday??? It’s literally the busiest day for pizza delivery. Now I’m forced to get Toppers for football.

Not happy with this pizza place at all. Ordered out pizza at 4:33pm was told it would take 45 minutes, called at 6pm they couldn't find my order then they said it was in the way. 6:25p, almost two hours later we got our order. The fried tasted like they were reheated from yesterday and the pizza was the most plain generic pizza I have ever had. Not impressed at all.

We ordered our pizza and chicken tenders at 8:03 p.m. As I write this it is 9:39 and we have NOT received our order and no one is answering the phone so we can't even cancel our order. We do understand how delivery service works, but we should be to call and get answer as to why this is taking over an hour and a half, especially when the website says approximately 45 minutes at the time we ordered and not almost 2 hours. Time I posted this 9:46 p.m. and still no foodand they have charged our credit card.Update: we were able to cancel our order after we called and left a message and they called us back.

My family is staying in Bloomington and the hotel clerk recommended Toppers! I called and placed a delivery order to our hotel which they originally said they delivered to. We also paid by card over the phone. I get a call later on stating that they can’t deliver to this hotel due to prior robbery experiences?! I was told I would be refunded…Mind you we traveled out of town and had some excited kiddos wanting pizza after a long day of discovering what Bloomington has to offer.

Google Maps says this place is open until 11pm so we went to their website and place an order at 9:30pm… it is 10:30 now and we never received the order. We’re calling and nobody answers so I’m guessing they closed earlier and we got no food but they took our money…Can’t recommend this place if they don’t even check their business hours on social media.

This place is awful and the people working there! They gave me the wrong order on Saturday 2/20 and proceeded to tell me for over 2 hours that they were bringing me the correct order! After those 2 hours I asked for a refund because it was 10pm and they still hadn’t brought me my correct order, she told me the refund was issued but yet it wasn’t. The manager is the one who said he’d be happy to deliver me the correct order which looks horrible on him as he never delivered it and the lady that said she issued me a refund stated that my correct order had been sitting there waiting to be delivered for over an hour and a half. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! I already spoke with my bank and will be filing a charge back for the amount!!!

So annoying the only reason I ordered from them was for the garlic dipping sauce when you order online it requires you to pick a sauce ... wasn’t included in the box

Just received a cold incorrect order 20 mins late... called the store and the basically said "sorry" and hung up. Got a call from them an hour later (2 hours after I placed my original order) and the told me they could send a new order out. I told them it was too late at that point and would just take a refund for the incorrect pizza. The said they will give me store credit and once again just hung up... should have just ordered American Pie.

ordered extra marinara and didn't even get any marinara. They said if I would lkke to pick up? um no i paid for door dash delivery and they said they will refund me .75 okay. Nobody eats cheesesticks in this family with no sauce so trash it went.
