Our pizza literally had no cheese on half the pizza. Asked for extra pizza sauce and it had barely any sauce. It's like they went out of their way to screw up our pizza. Tried contacting support to share the issue, and it kept timing out. Do yourself a favor, buy from any place other than here.

Nick was our delivery driver. They forgot our wings he went back all the way to the store and brought them back and they were super hot and fresh and it’s -3° out 10 out of 10.

I was going to give you guys two stars and then when I read the reviews and saw plenty of the feelings I have already felt from ordering from this location at least t times I changed my mind. At this location there is no point of making customizations past what the menu offers for regular. Even if you pay for extra toppings, request it well done, extra sauce, it doesn't matter. They will make the same bad pizza regardless. I have chosen to revisit this location out of convenience but after my last stop and especially reading other reviews they have never learned and they don't care. Got to another pizza hut franchise hopefully with different owners if you crave the taste you desire is the best I reccomend.

One of the pizza's we ordered did not have enough sauce on it, kind dry then. On this same pizza, the cheese was also burnt. So could not eat the whole slice on some of our pieces.

Pizza cold. Hardly any toppings. Pan crust is garbage compared to what it used to be. Photo is of a 2 topping pepperoni and cusp pepperoni...maybe an ounce of pepperoni on half the pizza. No more pizza hut for this house

The service was great and the food was ready quick. The problem was when we got home and looked at the pizza. Half of our pizza was crust. Only had cheese and toppings half way up all of the pizza slices. Here is pictures with and without the flash on. It was a bummer. We just moved into a new house and wanted to celebrate with our kids with pizza.

We got served up this pathetic, large stuffed crust pizza this evening. It was paper thin and overly greasy. Should have been easily caught before it was boxed and given to us.

We ordered 8 pizzas and 30 bread sticks. Everything was delivered on time to our hotel across from mall of America and made the way we ordered. However, the app did not update when delivered. Not sure what happened there.

Ordered pizza online to have delivered to hotel room and asked for paper plates to come with and the person on the phone was rude and inconsiderate. Then told me they didn't have to listen to me. I spent almost 100 dollars on my families food. Don't order from this place. They don't care. Lucky I didn't just cancel and order room service.
