I came in from Winnipeg Manitoba and was staying in the hotel across the street and went into Pizza Hut and Jonathan was by far the sweetest employee present!! He gave me a discount as well as bringing it out to me. I’m impressed with the service. Thank you Jonathan for giving me a wonderful first impression, so much so I had to leave a review just for you my guy! Thanks 😊

The DoorDash or waited for 20 minutes at the store and my pizza taste like it’s been sitting there for two hours. It’s super dry because I barely put any sauce on it. You don’t get a side sauce anymore. There’s barely any fries that were frozen too like they have been sitting there for four hours. Definitely wish I would’ve ordered from anywhere else. I actually called Pizza Hut and they said they’re not actually honey barbecue boneless wings they’re breaded little nuggets and you get a drizzle of whatever sauce that you pick. I guess I should just say plain dry Chicken tenders with a drizzle as a person that answer the phone said so they’re not really honey barbecuing. They are breaded unseasoned small chicken tenders, which is like one chicken tender cut up into four with no sauce. And they’re actually proud of it. It’s actually really sad that that’s what you’re paying for with cold food.

Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour for delivery they quoted 30-45min I called “customer service” after over an hour. The customer service rep said they “left a while ago” I said what does that mean? She kept saying a while ago. I asked how much longer she kept saying 5-10 more minutes. I said I would like refund and keep the delivery. She said “NO” say what? Horrendous customer service you should be ashamed zero stars if possible.

Our pizza literally had no cheese on half the pizza. Asked for extra pizza sauce and it had barely any sauce. It's like they went out of their way to screw up our pizza. Tried contacting support to share the issue, and it kept timing out. Do yourself a favor, buy from any place other than here.

I was going to give you guys two stars and then when I read the reviews and saw plenty of the feelings I have already felt from ordering from this location at least t times I changed my mind. At this location there is no point of making customizations past what the menu offers for regular. Even if you pay for extra toppings, request it well done, extra sauce, it doesn't matter. They will make the same bad pizza regardless. I have chosen to revisit this location out of convenience but after my last stop and especially reading other reviews they have never learned and they don't care. Got to another pizza hut franchise hopefully with different owners if you crave the taste you desire is the best I reccomend.
