New manager who didn't seem to care that I had an issue.
This Pizza Hut location send me OLD COLD food that was dry looks like it’s been sitting out for HOURS! I tried to call several times to get a refund I’ve been hung up on 7 times and other times the phone just rings and rings! I just want my money back! It took over 90 minutes to get this crap and i did not get my drinks the kid that delivered it told me they didn’t get a shipment for pop. Says the manager called me... the manager did NOT CALL ME. I’ve already sent a message...read full review
we just waited for over an hour and had to call the Bloomington, MN store to ask where the pizza was. They gave no explanation, no apology, and told we were next for delivery. After no delivery we called to cancel the order and he could have cared less. needless to say we won't be ordering again. bad move Pizza hut!
