I always enjoy Qdoba when I go to MOA but was a bit disappointed with my last visit. I felt the portions for the chips and other toppings weren’t very generous (a little embarrassing in my opinion), and if that continues to be a trend, I think I’ll eat elsewhere at MOA. With that said, I have had good service and meals in the past, so hoping this is a one-off!

I visited Qdoba, and this location is incredibly stingy with toppings—even the rice. I had to ask for extra on every single item, and even then, they only added a little more. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a decent portion. Definitely not the experience I expect from Qdoba. Food was good though.

I’m absolutely furious with the terrible customer service I received at Qdoba today! I come in for lunch pretty often, and every single time, it's the same two ladies (one being the manger) and one man serving with the worst attitudes imaginable. They’re rude, barely give any food in the bowls, and always try to charge extra for things that shouldn’t cost more. Today was no different. My food was cold, so I went back after about 10 minutes to ask for a new one. The person making the food was somewhat understanding and agreed to remake it, which I appreciated.
But when I went to the register, everything fell apart. I told the lady at the register (again manager) that my food was cold and asked for a refund or a new bowl, and she flat-out refused. She wouldn’t even acknowledge the problem and was beyond disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, she just kept serving other customers as if I wasn’t even there. It’s honestly unbelievable how badly she handled the situation. This woman should NOT be managing anyone, let alone dealing with customers.
The workers at this location never give good portions, the service is consistently terrible, and it’s a waste of time and money. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to deal with rude staff and cold, poorly-served food. Absolutely the worst experience.
Just like everybody else is posting The portion size was ridiculous. I had steak maybe 4 small pieces could not taste the sauce, even though I had two scoops they were very, very small. Queso and guacamole again could not reach my taste buds due to the small portions? The burrito was literally all rice and beans and tasted horrible never again. Go to chipotle…

If you hate your family take them here. Literally worst service ever. They are unpleasant . You ask them for sauce and the amount they give you is so small it’s like we’re in the apocalypse and they need to conserve it. I’ll pay extra just put some sauce on it. My burrito was literally barely any rice and some beans . Sauce is so insignificant you can’t taste it. The employees can’t speak English and you have to make hand gestures to communicate. Our drinks were lemonades and she just handed us whatever she felt like pouring. Impossible to correct it since they can’t speak English. If you dislike the ones you’re with take them here. Otherwise any other place would be better. A waste of time and money .

Horrible experience at MOA location I ordered 2 nachos and the 2 women working there were extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for fajita vegetables she put 3 of the smallest pieces possible and 4 pieces of onions wtf. We not gonna talk about the 7 little pieces of chicken. I was so taking back that had to ask the lady if she was ok. Get new employees please!!!! The next person may not be as nice as me to these women. Fix the attitude or shut them down to many bad experiences

$2.00 for extra rice, to cover the bottom of the bowl that he didn’t cover with the first scope! Then didn’t say anything after I paid, just walked away & didn’t hand me a receipt! Like really, your job is customer service, act like it!

This is the worst store I’ve ever been to. I asked for a large queso sauce, and they gave me a small, clear plastic cup. I said I wanted a large one, and they told me that two small ones equal a large. I asked them to pour it into a large container, and it only filled half of it. They said that’s all they had. The service was the worst.

Fast and friendly service. A great Mall of America food court location. We came on a busy Saturday afternoon and had some difficulty finding seating. We've been to a few dozen QDOBA locations, and this one provided the smallest serving portions of any we've ever been to. The burrito and salad were the consistent QDOBA quality...there just wasn't enough.

This location had definitely gone down the drain from their portions to their customer service. Employees seemed annoyed they are helping people. I wish the owners or even the manager would try to change this but seems like the “rules and policies” are from them since there’s no change.

I ordered a salad bowl from this Qdoba, which I've been to in the past and they have had good portion sizes. However this time, the worker put a handful of lettuce, two pinches of brisket, and the tiniest scoop of guac I have ever seen, closed the bowl and I paid full price for it. Extremely disappointed in the portion size, from recent reviews it seems like a common thing.

Overall tasty, staff were alright, they do go a little light handed with portions though, so just be aware when ordering :) we had a wheelchair with us, and ordering/getting food went fine, so big plus!!

Writing this for my girlfriend, but she experienced the worst customer service there. On April 24th, 2024, approximately 5:30 pm, This guy working the line was the most condescending, laziest, arrogant employee to have been ever encountered. She asked if they had more vegetables to put out on the line, and it was just a hard "No"... didn't even bother to say it in such a more pleasant way, like "I'm sorry but we're out for the day." But only just to say no WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING.

Ordered a Quesadilla with steak. I was hoping to add veggies and some sauces, however they threw it on the grill, cut it up, gave me sour cream, then moved me along. My partner ordered steak in his bowl, they seems annoyed to make more steak and the bowl was basically empty even though he asked for a lot of add ons.It looked like they closed up 1 1/2 hours early.Terrible experience.
