QDOBA Mexican Eats

Enjoyed eating at this restaurant. Food was tasty and price was reasonable. Our server was friendly and striked a conversation with us which was entertaining. Definitely will return!

Food had been sitting out for some time and looked very dry. Portion size much smaller than at other locations. Staff looked bothered that I was there.

Was rushed to order my food with no line behind me. Stingy with the amount they give you won't be back to this location ever

I had to pay extra for getting a normal amount of chicken at a Qdoba normally, very disappointed in their service and attitude when taking my order. There wasn’t brown rice and no mango salsa even though they advertised the mango salsa, very few options. They were not pleasant at all. Not very good quality food either.

I go in and order a ton of food. One being a chicken quesadilla kids meal. I asked for a side of sour cream for my daughter’s meal and was told that it doesn’t come with it and that I would have to pay. I said pay for sour cream for a quesadilla? The man said it was policy. I said okay well on the board it says every entree. I then asked can I get sides for my large quesadilla (we had ordered two) I was told I and that only two sides come with each. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing. I asked the man for his name and he refused I got charged for guacamole when I asked for a little extra fajita that I had to wait (5 minutes for while I was ordering). I usually don’t get terrible service here but today was for sure that day. I’m not sure if I’ll be going back. Unbelievable!

don’t get me wrong, the food is tasty! i like to come back to this place here and there but last time was kinda disappointing because i found a plastic wrap inside my rice bowl

Terrible service, dirty line, dried out meat that they barely gave me any. Usually QDOBA does better with their portion sizes but wow that was terrible. Employees have no customer service skills what so ever. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Didn't even get to the purchase before I had to tell the guy I was walking away. Smallest scoop of chicken I've ever seen (and I thought Chipotle gave the least amount of protein) and when I asked for the regular and hot queso I was told it was extra. I told the employee that I had never been charged extra for both and he said that Qdoba has always charged extra for more than one scoop (for the record I have never been charged extra for both cheeses, ever). It was at that point that I told him I was not interested in eating with them anymore. The employee just said okay. Couldn't believe it. Sorry mall of America Qdoba, but you lost a lifetime Qdoba customer. I tell everyone how much I love Qdoba, but now I can add every Qdoba but yours.

Same as other reviewers have said - they do not give you enough of anything and then charge you for extra if you ask for the normal amount.

I always enjoy Qdoba when I go to MOA but was a bit disappointed with my last visit. I felt the portions for the chips and other toppings weren’t very generous (a little embarrassing in my opinion), and if that continues to be a trend, I think I’ll eat elsewhere at MOA. With that said, I have had good service and meals in the past, so hoping this is a one-off!
