It was nice and quiet and I don’t think there is anything I don’t like about it….says my grandson!! I loved how helpful the cashier was when we asked her questions about ingredients. She went above and beyond and checked the ingredients on the box of the lemonade!! She was kind, and knowledgeable!!!

Walked by last week and saw the truffle burger. Couldn't wait to come back and try it for lunch one day. Got here and realized they don't have actual people at the counter to take your order. No thank you. I'll never know how good the burger is cuz the kiosk is a deal breaker. I've ordered through a screen one time and I never will again.

The burgers look flattened but are delicious anyway I have no idea how. Shakes are good too. The best part about this location is they give you a receipt with the name you placed your order in. So for example you can get a receipt addressed to Jesus of Nazareth or anything else you want placed on it. Highly recommend the avocado burger.

Workers were incredibly rude, gave us the wrong order. Threw away our order right in front of us, didn't apologize, then made us wait almost half an hour while they made our actual order . Never coming back again.

This whole experience was so phenomenal. Service was exceptional. Food was exceptional. Done in atmosphere was clean, quiet and overall exceptional. I am beyond pleased.

I was struggling at the kiosk and the manager (Daniel) was so pleasant and helpful. He helped to retrieve my credit card when I placed it where a card doesn't go. He didn't make me feel foolish and was just so nice. In the end he paid for my meal. He was wonderful and really blessed my heart.
Also the food, I had the Truffle burger, was amazing!!
I will be spreading the word of great service and food.

My fiancé and I were disappointed that the burgers we had did not look like the display photos. Imagine looking forward to a thick juicy burger, and then getting a double burger that looked like a single. That being said, they tasted good, but nothing like the shake shack we had in Vegas. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while-hard and lukewarm. The chicken bites were good, but the burgers were not worth the price. There’s better places out there. :)

I work for the mall so I know when it's a busy day today was not a very busy day when we came to order we went up to the kiosk and realized that they had no meal options you had to order everything separately we ordered two regular drinks two milkshakes two orders of fries and a hamburger and chicken nuggets nothing that should have taken as long as it did what we sat down at a table all of the tables were absolutely disgusting nobody was wiping them down pieces of food still on the tables we waited over 30 minutes for our food for the worker to just drop the food and leave and never check back food was very average same quality as a fast food restaurant

This is the best shake shack I have ever been to. The employees here are friendly and helpful and do a wonderful job making delicious burgers. Seriously the best shake shack burger and I’ve been to several locations.

Nice employees, they gave me the completely wrong order though. The burger they ended up giving me was not even luke warm. Was cold, not fresh at all. Been going to shake shacks for over a decade and this was the first experience that was horrible. At least they gave me a refund didn't even finish the order
