Tables were sticky and their burgers are smaller than a McDonald hamburger. Super overpriced for mid food. They have really good pickles though

I was at this location last month and the service was good; this time not so much. I'm wondering why everyone looked so sad to be working there? No one smiled, the people cooking must have been bored because they were just standing around, and the expo person was not very quick. I hope they improve their customer service experience. Also, my fries were pretty overcooked when I didn't ask for it

I typically don't go to Shake shack for burgers because 1. Pricing is too high for fast food burgers imo 2. Seems busy often, and not worth waiting in line for. I decided to give it another try since I had the T-Mobile Tuesday coupon, we arrived on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy. We ordered online so our bags were there when we arrived. They have napkins, water etc all in the front. We ordered two shack shake burgers, one avocado bacon burger and one fries with a side of sauce. Realized we didn't get the sauce nor didmy avo bacon burger didn't have bacon. I went back to the front and no one was paying attention so I waited a couple minutes and then had to wave someone down. The person that helped me was unfriendly and not apologetic for my order, she grabbed my bag and then proceeded to add a couple slices of bacon into it and the side of sauce. Pretty inconvenient to have to go back to get my order corrected. Service wasn't great and the food was overall mediocre. Fries were better than the burger. The beef patty was overcooked and dry. Unfortunately Shake shack is nothing compared to In n Out.

Walking around the Mall of America, hubby and I worked up an appetite. It had been about a year and a half since our last meal at Shake Shack in Tampa, FL so we decided to order a couple chicken shack sandwiches. We easily placed our order on the kiosk and luckily found a table close by. They were super busy so it did take a little while to get our order. Our chicken shacks came out hot and fresh. The chicken was juicy, breading was crunchy and flavorful. I especially loved their potato bun and pickles. Shake Shack is always a great choice!

I typically don't leave reviews for food places but after our shopping we thought we'd stop and try shake shack on our way out because we heard amazing things! The ordering was simple and nice because we got to just order through a kiosk. I wasn't sure how long it would take so after about 10 minutes I went up to wait for my food and noticed my order was on the counter but under a different name, even the person under that name was confused. They took my food back for some reason, sat back down and waited another 15 minutes and finally we got our food. I could tell its SOMEWHAT decent because the flavor was there but the food was cold at this point. Idk what was going on but clearly there was a lack of communication going on.

They completely lost my order when they were very busy on a weekend lunch rush. When I inquired about it after waiting for 45 minutes, they were extremely rude and acted as if I had done something wrong. I reluctantly ate here again last week and the food was just "meh".
