I ordered two sandwiches and one of them was wrong. The one that was correct was tasty and I can make the one that was wrong work for me, which is why they get two stars instead of one. However, this screw up disappointed two people, myself because I didn't get what I ordered and the person who, instead of getting the plain turkey and cheese, ended up with a spicy tuna sandwich instead. That is an unacceptable mistake.

No matter when I order my sandwich, it’s never done correctly. Unfortunately, I do not have a vehicle to go to a different subway, so I’m stuck with this one. How hard is it to just cut my dang sandwich into 3 pieces like requested? I know it sounds super petty but there’s a method to my madness, and yall not following my directions really irks my nerves. The sandwiches are also always over saturated with whatever condiments you order. Like why is there a liter of oil and mayo on my sandwich?? No one would want to eat that. Truly diabolical. I am hoping to find a different subway to frequent. This one simply sucks.

Mike the main shift lead is a rude person. He asked me if it was only one sandwich and I said I would also like #42 which isn’t a sandwich it’s a chicken salad wrap. He then cuts me off and says okay so just one sandwich so just say that then. I was surprised by his attitude so I watched him finish with the guy ahead. He then puts chicken salad on the sub which I didn’t see since the meats are covered by the steel cover. my daughter likes turkey and bacon & then asks me what cheese I wanted. Told him American and watched him continue to just make the one sandwich which sadly I didn’t even know he had the chicken salad in the sandwich? Like number 42 is a wrap why would you assume that’s the meat I want on my sub? We get to the counter and he starts ringing me up when I told him I wanted the chicken wrap too. And he gets mad at me for saying I need to tell him all at once? And tries gaslighting me that I never said I wanted two sandwich’s and I said yes, that’s right cause it’s only ONE sandwich’s and the other is a WRAP which you already cut me off and got an attitude because I’m not asking for another sandwich. He’s extremely rude and his tone is the same everytime I come in. Sadly it’s the only subway open until very late.

I have a great experience here usually. Unfortunately tonight was not the same. The woman working was wonderful! But the kid working with her was extremely disrespectful towards his coworker. The woman went out of her way to assist someone that was struggling to complete his doordash pick up. The boy working was yelling at her to stop and was belittling her to the guests behind me. As someone who works both good service and doordash I was honestly disgusted by his behavior.

It’s the best Subway in the Twin Cities. It’s open until 2am, it has creamy sriracha topping and it’s 10 minutes from my house. If Subway after 10pm isn’t what you’re looking for, go elsewhere.
Came in moments ago, two staffs decided they were going to prepare bread over the veggies and meat, thr entire area was cover and they could not serve me, when I asked after standing for about 5mins unnoticed by them, I asked "is serving the bread more important than serving the customers" they responded "yes, setting thr bread and putting in the oven was more important than serving me. Plus the place was extremely warm, with food kept and serve under such temperature not sure if it's safe to eat
