Amazing Experience! This is actually my second time at this location, and it FEELS & TASTE exactly the same as it did 3 years ago. Seila was our server and I couldn’t thank him enough for making sure my son and I had a great time for his 4th birthday. Every time I come to Mall of America I’m going to be sure to stop here.

I went to Sugar Factory a couple of days ago and I honestly really liked the place and the service provided by the staff. I especially want to highlight Sebastian's attention. He was very kind and helpful. It's clear that he is someone who is committed to his work. Excellent service and customer care; I will definitely be coming back.

Trina and Seila, bomb service — they made our experience so much more wonderful. They absolutely rocked it, hands down the best bartenders in Minnesota. You have stop by on the 3rd floor of Mall of America!

We had a 13th birthday party reservation at 7:30 PM for a party of 8 (kids and adults) at the Sugar Factory, and it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. When we arrived, they announced they were planning to close early and could not accommodate us as promised. The only thing they offered to prepare was desserts ( No discount full price) with no food options available. They suggested we could’ve come earlier in the night, which felt like a half-hearted attempt rather than a genuine accommodation. We couldn’t come earlier because we had other activities preplanned.
We ended up eating at the restaurant next door because we couldn’t get proper service or options from Sugar Factory. An employee told us that “Sugar Factory closes early all the time and has a reputation for that”, which made the situation feel even more unreal. Be aware!!
This ruined what should have been a fun, special occasion. If a venue cannot honor a pre-booked reservation or close early without proper alternatives. They should’ve taken reservations for that time-slot. Very poor planning, and an overall frustrating experience for a birthday party. Would not recommend, and we won’t be returning.

Second time visiting the sugar factory and the service is still awfully slow. We waited 15 minutes for service despite only having six tables in the restaurant and four people at the bar. We only stayed because the kids wanted chocolate fondue. Took another ten minutes for a drink. The second time is definitely not a charm.

Did they really just bring us a $23 burger some Kraft Mac and Cheese on it??? Where is the healthy department because this place needs to be inspected. Tails still on the shrimp, hair in the food and on the napkins! Disgusting!!! Will never ever eat here again
horrid atmosphere, overpriced food for poor portions and taste, stains all over napkins, cracks in dishes, sticky feel on silverware and dirty. overall extremely dirty place and sickening food with slow service
