I can't remember our servers name but he was amazing. I know we booked late because it was out last night in Minnesota and decided last minute we wanted to go somewhere cool after shopping. We got amazing videos of our drinks and the smoke. Our kids love the milk shakes and had those for dinner! All around our family said this needs to become a place we go to a least 1 or twice a year. Thank you

Great service! Drinks are phenomenal! Definitely unique and so good!! We really enjoyed them! Will definitely be back! Had appetizer sampler and it was good. Felt the appetizer sampler was a bit expensive, but I guess everything is these days.

The restaurant did not appear to have prepared or acknowledge our reservation initially when arriving. We had a group of 7. They were able to seat us by combining smaller tables, but we were crammed in close proximity to the tables around us. We were initally offered to move to a larger table once one became available, however, the tables were filled by smaller parties without us being given the option to move. When the food arrived, there was a large hair wrapped around one of the sandwiches.

I would not return to your restaurant because the burger was really salty, the loaded fries was just cheap cheese and bacon bags with ranch from a bottle however, I would say the service was excellent, and the ice cream was the best part

I didn’t know that the 35min wait for a drink came with being baby birded my entire cocktail directly into my mouth by the bartender. The technique was mids but saving a glass to wash was priceless.

This place was really cute. The workers were very friendly. The food was good. The shakes were good, but they are a bit much. You can also tell they use cheaper ingredients for them. You could tell, for example, the chocolate was a cheaper type of chocolate by the taste. The biggest issue was the music. It was extremely loud. It was hard to hear the waiters, and it was hard to hear the people you're with. It's not fun having to talk very loud because then everyone else hears you, and you hear everyone else's conversations. It shouldn't be so loud to where that is the case.

Really disappointing. We were really excited to go here and had made a reservation. Table was not ready when we got there and the staff were so chaotic. Decor just seemed cheap. My six year old went to sit down on his chair and almost fell backwards it was the lightest most unsteady chair. Like dollhouse furniture. Place was cramped can't tell you how many times a waiter bumped my head or chair while passing. It took 17 minutes for someone to greet us and judging by the looks of other people we were not the only ones. Once we finally ordered drinks came out at all different times. They definitely do not care about table maintenance or service standards. Drinks were okay not worth the hype could easily make at home. Better sliders at Joey's. Save your money and go else where I was more impressed by chick fil A. Moral of the story if you are not a celebrity you will not get the quality or service.
