For drinks, the traditional margarita was decent, but cost literally $20. Food, the chicken quesadillas suckedThe ambiance, chaotic. They banged kitchen utensils, turned off the lights and shouted to announce birthdays. Leave that to Chuck E Cheese, thanks

Took my daughter here for her big ✨5 ✨ We made reservations in advance online. She had a blast. When we first arrived, we did wait a few minutes as workers just starred and walked past us. Our reservations was for right when they opened, which was great because it was pretty empty besides the people at the bar. I wasn't too thrilled that we had supposedly came on a day where they weren't offering paper menus because they haven't gotten their new menus in. The menu (QR code) they give you for online doesn't show prices of the food. Plus, no kids menu. No biggie, my daughter loved her color burgers! But 28$ for 5 mini burgers is reaching!! Didn't even come with fries or a drink ? our waitress was a very nice young man. I believe maybe the owner? Was there too that day, he was also so kind. My daughter had a great experience so a win is a win!

Mall of America is suing to evict Sugar Factory and accusing Sugar Factory of owing $2M in rent that dates back to 2018.Lloyd Sugarman is named as the defendant in the filing, with The Sugar Factory allegedly owing a total of $2,011,493 to MOAC Mall Holdings LLC."Sugar Factory continues to operate in the Mall, earning revenue from sales, without paying MOAC," the lawsuit says. This lawsuit is gaining attention and will be a interesting court case to follow.

I did expect more since it was my first time at this location but no full or clean menu was avaliable. The milkshakes were great, goblin drinks were okay and the food was like food court food. The mirrors were dirty and so was the table..I am hoping to make it to the one in Chicago or Vegas in hopes that it will be a better experience.

Was here last night for my birthday and I initially made a reservation so I was able to have my table by the pretty pink flower wall which was very nice. Right away, the waitress, Rachel, seemed like she was rushed. When we made our orders, I asked if I would be able to remove a patty from a burger, shouldn't be hard if you can add two you could just add one, and she was so flabbergasted that I even asked. She said she didn't know if she'd be able to do that, she wouldn't even consider asking the kitchen or a manager. Maybe it was a pricing thing with the system idk. My friend ordered onion rings and the first bite was all cornmeal - powder flew out of her mouth onto the table. We didn't bother to say anything in the restaurant to the server; wasn't her fault, but after the burger thing I didn't want to annoy her more. Rachel didn't really check up on us much - I was waiting for her to come back to our table so I could ask for a side of ranch and everyone had already eaten but I was still working on my food since I ran out of ketchup for my fries. It was very busy for a Monday night so I recommend definitely making a reservation ahead of time. The food is fine, the Flaming Hot Cheeto Burger was great but it wasn't spicy and the server didn't offer a knife and fork - which with the size of the burger, Sugar Factory should consider doing that.Rachel was considerate in asking me if I wanted to be sung to for my birthday, which I did not. There were a lot of birthdays that night and the "singers" were not very enthusiastic - it looked like they didn't enjoy their jobs singing to their guests. All in all, aesthetically it's a beautiful space. Our table, however, was wobbling and off-centered so it was a little hard to eat off of and converse. The flower wall is instagrammable so take lots of photos when you're there as well as the goblets and presentation of the food.

My daughter and I have came here a few times. To be honest the first time I went was because I wanted to go and check it out and so did my daughter. Now I only go because she wants to go. To be honest it’s really expensive. Tonight we went because we had a mommy/daughter date. I will say we always get the goblets (non alcoholic) and share and they are always amazing! They are extremely addicting. Tonight I told her we could do a milkshake and fries to share because she wanted to go and we haven’t been in almost a year. I completely forgot about how expensive the milkshakes are but I didn’t want to break her heart. We got the rainbow one. The frosting on the cake had a weird after taste but the cake was soft. The milkshake was okay. Tasted like any other milkshake to be honest. The fries were kinda soggy and cooked where you could see the oil (idk how to explain it) but we were hungry so we ate them. I felt bad for my server cause they were so busy that I tried to make his life easy for him and when he came back to check on us I told him he could bring the bill and a to go box for the cake (if I’m paying $31 for a milkshake I’m taking my cake too). Honestly having celebrities crammed down your throat on the big screen TV while trying to eat and showing all their locations is kinda irritating, and wish they would play music videos or something other than bragging on repeat of celebrities partying at their restaurants and all the locations they have. It comes off as “we wouldn’t have business unless it was for the Kardashians. If you want to be cool like them eat here too.” Celebrities have eaten at Chipotle but you don’t see chipotle shoving celebrities down peoples throat for business. It’s kinda off putting and might be why we never come back. I did notice the prices were higher and I asked him why out of curiosity and he said “oh it’s because we aren’t using plastic silverware anymore and using metal ones.” To me that doesn’t sit right and I shouldn’t have to pay more money because of silverware.

Horrible service, drinks and food. Host acted like she did not want to be there and was absolutely rude. Server did not inform us of certain ingredients in menu items though we’d asked for clarification. (Menus are so worn out that you cannot even see the ingredients in items). When asked for a new one he stated all menus are that way. They were also out of many menu items such as cotton candy, buns, etc. on a Wednesday. Will never return and will not recommend.

Smelled like pot smoke in there. Food wasn't anything special especially for the price. Fries were so salty you could barely eat them and that's saying something don't I like salty foods. Orders were wrong but waitress was never around. When she was, she was nice. It was so loud in there you couldn't even have a conversation with the person across from you. Would not recommend and would not go again.

They were pretty much out of everything. Ordered cotton candy drink, out of cotton candy. Ordered princess burger, out of pink, so it was blue. They didn't put anything on the fries that were supposed to be fairy dust. Also received the wrong drink when it was supposed to be blue raspberry. Also, put our drink in a tiny plastic cup. They forgot about my salad. In the end, they tried to charge $11. Had to have the waitress look at the menu and see she charged us incorrectly. She spoke with her manager, who didn't even come over to apologize. I brought my mom here so she could experience it and we won't be back. It's laughable the experience we had here.

It took 30 minutes to get 2 "to go" shakes. There were a lot of people working but nobody asked us if we needed anything. There should have been an approximate wait time when we placed our order at the kiosk. When I asked about the shakes, they didn't even have the order in the kitchen. Finally got them, they were a lot of whipped cream.
