I’ve always loved Princess Cake and wanted something unique for my wedding cake and Taste of Scandinavia was great to work with! While they don’t do wedding cakes per say, they were very accommodating in giving me an undecorated cake with the rose on the side, which I decorated for the head table and also made a dummy cake (so the dairy-filled cake wouldn’t sit out for hours on display!). The rest of the guests got a sheet cake with the princess cake filling. It was so special...
Got a to go order of the Swedish pancakes and an avocado lefse breakfast burrito. Pancakes were missing half the toppings, and there was not any avocado in the burrito. The burrito was at least still pretty good, but not the right order.
Ordered a prinsesstårta since my previous go-to store has closed. Pick up was very easy, and the cake looked great (although name was misspelled). Unfortunately the cake didn't live up to expectations. The cake layers were dry, there wasn't enough raspberry jam, and the marzipan was too thick. Would suggest other bakeries for something this complex.
