The whole team and experience were overly exceptional. The food was amazing and our server was great. Very attentive and service was fast. My family and I had a great time.
I have no idea how I never discovered this restaurant until recently. Everything on the menu is delicious. The prices are low and the service is great. It is the best place to eat in the mall by far.
As always everything was excellent, food, service and of course the manager Karin, who always remembers us when we arrive. We always keep coming back.
Normally things go very smooth here, usually no issues. This was the first time we experienced lukewarm soup and barely warm mashed potatoes. maybe they had a no cook, giving them the benefit of the doubt because this is unusual for Twin City Grill to have food that's not hot.
Our favorite restaurant at the Mall of America! Always wonderful food and great service. From the warm rolls and butter to the loaded mac and cheese and roasted vegetable flat bread, we were very happy with everything. We will definitely be back.
We were a little disappointed. My walleye (almond crusted) was not great. The cheese curds were very oily and not enough for what was charged. I would not eat here again.
TCG's food offerings are always delicious and beautifully presented. The chopped salad and the walleye (sauteed or fish-fry style) are two of our favorites. Two different soups drew rave reviews yesterday. Service is attentive and polished. Prices are moderate. This is our go-to restaurant at The Mall.
Twin City Grill is the BEST place to dine at the MOA. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. This is a family staple each visit to the MOA.
While the wait staff was very nice, the food was very disappointing. A friend told me to order the Walleye, so I ordered the pan-sauteed almond-crusted fresh Minnesota Walleye. I had hoped to get the dish without the almonds, but was told they were already prepped with the almonds. When it came to the table it was a little dry, did not have much lemon butter sauce and all I could taste was the almonds. It was a shame I could not enjoy the flavor of the fresh Minnesota Walleye they touted. Additionally the wine list was exceedingly limited.
Very disappointing experience. Frequent diner here and in the past the food and service is has been high quality. However it looks like they have made some changes by decreasing staffing levels and the typical process. Food was the worst I have had there. And for what you pay here, the service and food should be high level. Service was what I would expect at a cheap chain restaurant like Chili's. Service: Initial service was timely. The server brought me water and I placed my full order immediately. Drink delivery was timely, and the salad came shortly after the drink. My water was empty by the time the server brought the salad and my water glass sat empty the rest of dinner. In the past the restaurant used to have a bus person that filled water and cleared plates almost immediately and was a point of contact in case you needed anything. Apparently that position has been eliminated decreasing the service level. The only other visits I had to my table (4) were to deliver my drink and food. No visit after my food arrived except to deliver the check. I never did get more water and the food deliveries were like a drive thru drop off. Food: The food also was the worst I ever had. The wine was $15 for a mediocre California Cab. The chopped salad (which I order regularly) was dry due to being completely under-dressed. In the past they used to provide complimentary bread with butter to each table at the beginning of the meal but apparently that is no longer the case as I didn't get any. At one point the server brought bread to multiple diners and stopped at my table and asked if I ordered bread. I said no and he quickly moved on and gave it to the next table. The entree was a burger-Medium. It took forever to get the burger and it was Well-Done. Totally dry and actually charred. The bun was also burned. I got a thimble of ketchup for the fries and burger and never got the chance to ask for more. Overall poor. It looks like cost cutting has taken it's toll here.

I've been to this restaurant twice this month, and both times the food was great and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. I'm personally a fan of the Baja Burger and the Iron Range Chicken Breast. If you visit, you won't regret it. The place is very clean and welcoming.

The food was ok. We had the wild rice chowder which was not as expected...thin base...flavor was ok. We had cheese curds which were great..make sure to ask for marinara! We also had the grilled steak salad which was not great...the blue cheese dressing comes tossed in the salad and it overwhelmed the flavor of the dish ( and I love blue cheese). Our table also had the almond crusted walleye which was excellent. Server was pleasant. A little forgetful but did not to the point of ruining the meal. We probably wouldn't choose to go again.
Phenomenal as always! Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. Our drinks and food were great.
