Dockside Lounge offers a great food experience for an afternoon snack, with amazing and extremely friendly staff. The restaurant is family-friendly, where grandparents can be seen dancing with grandkids during events. They have a winter Happy Hour with 1/2 price drinks, making it a perfect spot for locals to socialize and enjoy dinner. The service is noted to be very good, with attentive wait staff like Lillian and friendly interactions with bartenders like Karsten, who is considered an asset to the team. Live performances, including "Elvis" and "Johnny Cash," add to the atmosphere, although some guests have mentioned that the back of the band could face the water for a better view. While the music can sometimes be too loud, the staff is accommodating if asked to lower it. Wheelchair accessibility is convenient with an elevator near the coffee shop. Despite some cooling issues inside, Dockside Lounge is worth visiting again, especially for its delicious food, including the well-loved waffle fries, and the enjoyable ambiance.
