“I'm so thankful I found heal Meal Prep Monday service. It is a huge time saver and I can tell the food is prepared with love & care. I love seeing a couple new options each week, as well. They've all been delicious. The staff is so kind - highly recommend!“
“These things are straight up delicious. About a year ago I had a coupon for a free bowl, and at that time I did not even know what the word "açaí" meant. Was it a fruit? A yoga pose? An international animation style? Whatever it is (okay I know now that it's a berry that is high in antioxidants) it makes for tasty bowls of sweetness. When I stopped in most recently I got the "Dual Bowl", which contained açaí and pitaya (aka dragonfruit) sorbets, topped with banana, strawberries, and granola. It tasted super, super good. Its sweetness makes it satisfying on a dessert level, but it's both nutritious and filling enough that I kind of want to treat it like a lunch entree. Also since these bowls are in the ten-dollar range, it makes more sense to me to think of it that way. But really, the main draw for me is how good these things taste. Between all of their different sorbet and topping options, they have a huge amount of variety. They also have a ton of smoothies made with Greek yogurt, and really just a wide range of offerings that use healthy-berry sorbets. A lot of their sorbets are made in house, and you can tell they are very serious about the health benefits of their ingredients. This is really very much a place that anyone should at least try.“
“This place is so welcoming and great service ! Everytime I go there I plan on just a shake. But as I chat with Jami she is so loving and caring...I can't leave without their yummy bagels and then they seem to.have something new..like those cute lil adorable pies so yup couple of those too.Everything i have had there was so good and don't feel guilty for its packed with protein. So if you have never checked this place out give it a try.I Promise you won't regret and no matter who is working you will feel a very warm welcome ? !There are still are many things I want to try.The menu us huge!Parking: Right in front of front door!Kid-friendliness: I have seen many kids activities there offered.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure anyone with wheelchair ♿️ would have plenty of room. Also handicap ♿️ parking in lot.“
“Love this place. Great spaces to sit or work, busy (people talking and engaging) but not crazy. Very community-spirited and great service. Coffee and food selection was wonderful. Would love to try in the summer when the place is more open and dog-friendly too.“
“I was craving a shake but most Herbalife shops close at 2pm. I saw this one listed it was open until 3pm so I drove way out of my way to try it out. On their door it also listed open until 3pm, but at 2:20pm it was closed. Super disappointed!Edit: Came back the next morning. The staff was very friendly and the shakes were great.“
“This place was very good. The food was absolutely delicious but the meat was a bit too over cooked for my personal preferences. This restaurant absolutely spoils you with their portion size, 2 meals could feed 5 people. We also received so much flatbread I couldn't manage to eat all of it, and our mango juice cups were filled all the way to the brim with no room left in the cup. Only problem is communication if you don't speak somali, the waiters know english but if you don't pay attention accents can get in the way of fully understanding. All in all I fully reccommend this place from a cooking standpoint but beware that Lake Street has amazing food but isn't a very safe street from what I've heard.“
“I love this cute little local shop. The coffee isn’t too bad (i’m picky) and they have a lot of syrup options to fully customize any drink.Since i’m picky with coffee I mainly get a the strawberry smoothie now and a little breakfast pastry.the customer service is always awesome! they are so nice, i love it. i enjoy studying here, but i do wish they were open later. i love studying with a little coffee treat after being in lecture all day and this is the best place, i wish i could do it here. but they close at 4.Wheelchair accessibility: tight fit through the front so I wouldn’t fully recommend.“
“Omg I ran across this place coming from work very good food I love the choice of nothing but healthy and tasty treat protein shakes their and plant based also. Great location family friendly highly recommend going here the service and employees are friendly and respectful.“
“I had the Hawaiian Paradise at 30% sweetness. It had boba pearls in it. Even at 30% sweetness, it was still very sweet, but also refreshing and delicious. Wish they had patio space, but it was a clean and calm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.“
“Very nice donut shop. Efficient lines, and fair prices. Extreme diversity of donut flavors, some of which I've never seen, it isn't quite like the north California donut shops, but it's not far behind. The vanilla mochi donut tastes like “
“Such a great place!! Cute little shop in up town with plenty of parking in the streets around. Well thought out cute and earthy decor. Lots of customization available for acai bowls too, which I really appreciate!! The bowls are made so fresh and I appreciate the laborious service of doing that. The juice was so zingy and also incredibly fresh!! A great juice and bowl place for MN, and a must visit. My favorite thing was the acai bowl, especially the caramel sauce on top!!“
“By far, BEST lao papaya salad in area (Northtown Mall papaya just nasty), no longer need return to StPaul. Tip- eat ASAP after made or gets soggy loses crunch. Only complaint, spice level is hit or miss. Always order super spicy but sometimes just med spice. Banhmi good but too sweet for my liking. Boba a bit watered down from other places tried.“
“This place is cute! I am a plant mom myself, and all the living (and nonliving) plants in the store have great appeal to me. Plus, it kinda helps with the tropical Costa Rican vibe. The menu wasn't huge. I came here because either wanted to see what a Cost Rican is like. I've been to the Caribbean where rice, bean and plantains are always on the menu. But I wanted to know what makes CR dishes different. I ordered the Casado, which had all the elements I wanted in a dish. It had rice, a tomato/ lettuce salad, beans, plantains and shredded chicken. I would rather have the chicken not shredded but that's my only complaint of this dish. It was sumptuous and made even better with some hot sauce. My sister had the Mariscada which is like a seafood soup.I think this is a good place to try new flavors, especially those who are unsure about Latino food. The flavors are mild but work well together and if all else fails, they have a burger. ?“
“First time going today and it was a great experience. Two nice young ladies was very nice and offered great opinions on what tasted the best. Definitely a great place to go and I will be back there in the morning. You don't find to many places that has service like this it was incredible thank y'all.“
“10/10 Great service always and the sugarcane here is delicious. I recommend this place to my whole family and they’ve said it’s one of the best places to get sugarcane. It’s a far drive for me but it’s definitely worth it. I love the m-2 which is the coconut cane with coconut milk“
“The shop was small and cute.Staff was friendly to everyone and greeted you.Bakery is amazing! You can tell it's fresh and we certainly will go back.My wife had the lemon bars and I had the cinnamon swirl. Both are delicious! We also got a loaf of sourdough and are excited to try it.Glad we found this little gem.“
“Always quick! This location is accurate 90% of the time. Sometimes they miss certain customizations but that’s simple human error. It happens. This time around everything was perfect! Would be nice if they had some seating but I understand the space is limited.“
“Food Intolerance Friendly, Acceptable Service, Comfortable Atmosphere, Beautiful Building, Interesting Historical LocationDietary restrictions: This is one of the few places, until recently, where I can order directly from the menu without any modifications. Bonus - they offer a "Build Your Own" bowl, so you can incorporate a variety of personalized foods when your food intolerances change.Parking: This neighborhood has a history of property destruction and it is highly recommended to use the parking garage. The paid parking garage is located about a half a block away. You have to pay for parking at a kiosk on the first floor on the opposite side of the garage from where you enter with your car. The garage did not accept my parking receipt one time. However, I mailed it to the owner of the garage and was reimbursed. The parking garage opens into a beautiful little sculpture garden on the way to the restaurant.“
“If you're looking for a great shake and tea shop to enjoy a refreshing beverage with friends, this place is perfect. With its diverse menu, high-quality ingredients, exceptional service, and inviting ambiance, it exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it for a revitalizing and enjoyable experience. You won't be disappointed!“
“This place has helped me make a lot of healthy changes in my life! Love the atmosphere! I've been going here for over a year and I basically belly up at the bar and hang out while getting my nutrition on. I sit back and watch the owner build great relationships with all her customers. She knows what they're going to order before they order. She knows the regulars favorites and makes them surprises knowing what they love. It's become a family place there. LOVE goal getter nutrition!“
“Great addition to the Mill City Farmers Market (along with the Northeast Farmers Market)! It's been fun getting to hear about new product ideas from this entrepenurial family, and I appreciate their dedication to a quality product using local produce when they can. I've found that there is a real communal aspect to the Mill City Farmers Market which extends to vendors working with other vendors (like getting Apples from Ames Farm). I'm partial to the apple and orange ginger juice, and usually enjoy while having breakfast to get a good start to the day. A warm cup of tea is a must during the winter market!“
“Come here all the time and is a lovely taste of home. Jon and Pete are both so lovely and talkative, and my friends and I have spent hours here just chatting to them. As well as pasties, they have a great range of imported British snacks for purchase, and if you ask them nicely for something specific they'll do their best to find it. So sad I am leaving the U and won't be able to visit them weekly.“
“Always a great experience and drinks at this location!Nate and Molly do an absolutely top notch job at explaining products they offer and the value it bring to the body...Keep up the good work and products!!!Will return weekly as I have been last few months.Only improvement I could ask for is more open hours, buy do understand can't always be open unless enough customers come through“
“My mom and I came here for some bubble tea. It's very cute on the inside, and service was friendly! The drinks were made quickly and the prices were reasonable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because both of our drinks were pretty sweet. I got milk tea and my mom got a fruit tea. I'm usually a sweet tooth, but it was very sweet even for me. Next time I come, I definitely will ask for less or no sugar.“
“I have been dining at 50's Grill in Brooklyn Center for over 30 years with my family and have so many fond memories as a result. My sister and I stopped in for lunch again yesterday and had a great time reminiscing about childhood meals at 50's Grill.50's Grill is an absolute time warp!! From the nostalgic waiting room to the decor, staff uniforms, and delicious, homecooked food, this place has remained unchanged. With so much of the City of Brooklyn Center evolving (not in a good way) over the past 20 years, it's so refreshing to see 50's Grill continuing to thrive with great people & food.Thank you to the entire 50's Grill family for helping to make your restaurant a special place!“
