Healthy Start has a large variety of shakes and I enjoy adding the lava to the shakes for added flavor:) I have been enjoying the shakes even when I don’t feel good and nauseated, they have helped keep me going. The teas are great as well for some added energy.

Healthy Start is an amazing place to stop at, especially for unique teas and shakes like the "Twisted Sisters" tea. The staff, including the owner Cindy, are friendly and grateful for your business. The shakes, especially with added lava, are a favorite and helpful even when feeling nauseated. With reasonable prices and delicious shakes and teas, Healthy Start is the perfect spot for good nutrition and energy.
