“This is our favorite Mexican food truck in town. It is parked across from Menards in Brooklyn Park. We stop here for a quick most authentic Mexican food almost every time we visit Menards. Senior Benjamin is the friendliest cook we have ever met, we always try practicing our minuscule Spanish and he always plays along. They make burritos really fast and by far, their burritos taste better than Chipotle’s. Their burritos are packed with fresh flavorful Ingredients, with meats that are well marinated and seasoned to perfection. You can eat right there under the shade of the tree or take your order to go and eat at home. Their portions are huge! One burrito can easily feed two people.“

“The owner is very rude his staff are a bunch of Liars my wife and I was there to have lunch on January 9th the parking Lot was full of ice I fell injured my left hip and left hand my wife went in to let the owner know I fell him or none of his staff came out to see if I was ok or to help me up the owner said to my wife that he was not the owner of the building and that he told the owner of the building to salt the parking lot early that morning and he never showed up since my injury I been trying to get the owner of the building information even there insurance or legal team information no one wants to respond this manager is trash the food is trash I don’t recommend no one eats there I will post everything about what I’m experiencing with this incident“

“Ever since I tried my first burrito at their food truck years ago, best burrito I have ever had. Hands down my favorite go to place for lunch. Owner is a great man. I needed a screwdriver to alter my idling screw on my classic truck and he was more than happy to assist. Carne asada burrito is tops.“

“We've ordered here a few times, and the food has been superb. The service is friendly, and best of all, they accept card payment!
We ordered taco platters, where you get 3 tacos, plus a side of refried beans and rice. The beans and rice are flavorful and delicious. The tacos we went with were the pollo (chicken), carnitas (pork), and carne asada (steak). They came on corn tortillas (as they should) topped with onions and cilantro. The tortillas were soft and scrumptious, and the ingredients were cooked perfectly.
We also ordered a side of the chicken nachos which was a HUGE portion. The tortilla chips were a little soft, but what the chip consistency lacked the toppings made up for. The chicken was well-seasoned for a perfect flavor combo with the jalapeños, cheese, pico, and crema toppings. We will be back!
Tip: Don't sleep on the taco sauce they provide. The avocado and habanero salsas were soooo good.
4 stars for atmosphere because its a food truck and not an actual sit-down restaurant. It's not a knock on the business, but with only 1 picnic table to sit at, it leaves a little to be desired when you want to eat, right then, right there.“

I rarely come here as I don't like trying to park downtown but my coworker had leftovers from Daruma for lunch which smelled amazing and she said it was worth going downtown so I figured, yes, it was. Their hibachi is delicious. The meat is flavorful and the fried rice is awesome. So glad I picked up take out. Street parking was actually quite easy.“

“Fresh made tacos. Super goood!! Know that they only take cash. Havent eat all day from work and the food is very fulfilling and melts in my mouth. I order the 3 tacos with the sauce (Idk what the name is)but yum and i also order quesadillas. Recommend. Maybe a bit pricey but it was good. Spend about $40 with drinks.“

The beef is seasoned perfectly, but the bread is really what sets it apart. it's kind of like a garlic bread without all the garlic and butter, yet it is perfect! “I truly think this is the best Mexican food in Anoka County! Both locations! Ham Lake location is inside of the BP gas station right off of Constance and 65, you can eat inside or get takeout. They have their own app which makes online ordering a breeze! I feel like this is the best hidden food gem around, I’m assuming people either don’t realize it’s there or are turned off because it’s located inside of a BP. But it’s actually an adorable set up inside the BP and not weird at all :) I give this place 5/5 stars! 🌯🌮💕“

“Always enjoy the juicy chicken tenders from Nashville Coop. First time visiting their food truck since 2020. Still as good as I remember with the same quality as their brick and mortar locations. All kinds of spicy levels are covered here so it’s something everyone can enjoy. So far I’ve tried MN Nice, Mini Coop, Coop, and Growlin’, all solid choices depending on my mood. The Texas toast, dipping sauce, fries, and pickles all elevate the chicken tenders.“
