I tried Gastrotruck for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! I had the herb roasted chicken sandwich— best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was tender and full of flavor. It was served with a mild blue cheese sauce, caramelized onions and arugula on a toasted bun with a side of kettle cooked chips. Can’t recommend highly enough! Great friendly service as well.
Today was my first time trying it and I’ve got to say it was AMAZING! Very well seasoned with a burst of flavor and very juicy meat. I could literally eat this everyday, and don’t get me started on the SERVICE. I was served by Jonathan and Merisol. They are SUCH respectful and patient people. They treated me with nothing but RESPECT. I love them and I wish them both the best success with their restaurant and service.

They were set up for a wedding venue. The food was phenomenal! From smoked trout to start and onto the Mac -n- cheese, thai chicken sliders and potato salad and so much more! Everyone at the wedding was raving about all the choices! It was SO good!!! Thank you!!!
