We stopped for a quick bite expecting the same ho hum service we get from our hometown Freddies. I was so impressed with employees working today between 3-3:30pm. The most delightful staff! I could tell this store hires quality employees that are there to show pride in their work. Top notch employees. 👌

First time trying, their service was great and friendly. I got their chicken sandwich and tenders. It was decent but the fries just threw me off for some reason. I think it’s the seasoning. Usually prefer just salt but it was not pleasant and lingered for a while after eating. Decent establishment though. Maybe next time I’ll skip the fries and see how the food tastes on its own.

Had the 5 piece chicken tenders. Very small in size (3-4 inches) and were a bit overdone.
Also had the patty melt and it was great! Cheese well melted and patty smashed just right.
Fries were shoestring style but nicely meaty! Their fry sauce is great, similar to benehana's yum yum sauce.
The custard is awesome, on par with if not better than Culver's. Had the strawberry dreamcake and it was big enough for 2 to share.

Freddy’s offers fantastic food at a reasonable price! Their burgers are delicious, their shoestring fries are a personal favorite, and they have the best fast food hotdogs I have ever had! I would recommend Freddy’s to anyone.

First time to Freddy’s just to try their “steakburger”. Ordered the California Combo Meal, hold the thousand island sauce. Once I seen a photo of their skinny fries, I knew they would be greasy because skinny fries have twice the surface area exposed to the frying oil than thicker cut fries. Same goes for the salt, but I took a chance after requesting NO salt on my fries, even if I had to wait extra time for them. They said, no problem but, the fries came with salt all over them & had to send the whole order back to be redone right.
Freddy, I see you have a lot of customers that are happy with your choice to serve deep-fried shoestring potatoes, but compared to most other non-healthy fast food joints, you are serving fries that are twice as unhealthy. If you care at all whether your customers will live long enough to order from you again, you should ditch those fries and offer steak fries to go with your steakburgers… For a few bucks more, I’ll continue to get my gourmet burger & salt-free STEAK fries from Red Robin!

Came in with my father for a couple burgers. We always eat at Freddie’s and I have eaten at other locations and never had a problem.
This visit had many screw ups.
I asked for one single without onions (receivers it with onions and no tomatoes)
Asked for other burger for father, only with ketchup and mustard and cheese( got it without mustard but with mayo)
Normally I don’t have a problem with mistakes but the employees who helped me have me an attitude and accused me of not ordering correctly. (Not good customer service)
Also they burgers were smashed beyond normal, to twice as big as bun. Never seen that before after probably 100 or more visits to other locations.
I got refunded for a burger. Bs
So Freddys you should reconsider the whole DEI rhetoric and hire people who can actually speak and understand English.
