Disappointing lunch. Got a hot dog which was very average. Double cheese and bacon steak burger which was thrown into a bag. Had to reconstruct the sandwich. Skinny fries are poor. No flavor and lose their warmth quickly. Overall the place has gone down in quality.

The girl working drive thru 09/26 could’ve been more upbeat, maybe it was just a long day. Does the sauce packets not automatically in the order anymore? We did not receive any. But overall, food and ice cream were great.

Great food!! Good service, even when the place is busy. (I used to work in fast food, and I know how stressful it can get.)
Atmosphere is not good. The past two times I've been at this Brooklyn Park location, every table was dirty. ALL tables, and benches too. The floors were also not clean. Drink station had something growing in the drain tray. Ew. (I know it's not the beverage spouts themselves, but if the drain trays aren't clean, it leaves...
