I had a not so great interaction and called to speak with the manager about it. She was very caring and apologetic and followed up several times with updates. The situation was resolved. Now every time I go in we talk like old friends when she’s there. Great customer service
This is my favorite Starbucks! It's smaller but friendly and the baristas are caring and considerate and chatty. The iced matcha latte I always order is always done just right and they never forget that I use coconut milk instead of dairy. Good job, Target Starbucks!! ??
You know, for a Target Starbucks I have had decent cappuccinos here, depends on the bartista. Sometimes understaffed, and not super friendly, but we are content with this place for a close option for a coffee fix.
