Im from Cali and went there a couple weeks ago. It wasnt bad but the pho lady was rude. It’s not bad. Pork Sausages are a bit undercooked based of observation as well as the Eggrolls. The Pho, Cold Chicken, and Nam Vam is promising. It’s best if you came during dinner time for more options on Seafood.
7/10 rating. Food aren't too bad. Pho wasnt bad at all either.

Panda Garden is a Chinese and Hmong buffet restaurant with reasonable prices and a small but satisfying selection of dishes. Customers enjoy the food, especially dishes like shrimp and pork, and some find the food to be better than many other buffets they have visited. The restaurant offers favorites such as fried pork belly and unique items like hot pepper with fish sauce. Guests can refill their own drinks and appreciate the presence of dishes like tri color, pho, and kaopoon. The staff efficiently clears tables, but some customers wish for more enthusiasm and quicker service. The atmosphere is cozy, and the restaurant provides a comfortable space to enjoy good food. Overall, Panda Garden is a nice spot for a casual meal with a variety of tasty options.
