Was a super hot day out and employee Richard in the drive thru went above and beyond service to offer me an ice cold water to stay hydrated during the heat wave! I left that restaurant feeling so appreciative there is still such amazing service out there!!! Thank you Richard! I hope this reaches leadership and they do something nice for you! Arbys in Burnsville has always been great. The customer service is always on point. Kudos to you and your staff! The food, always good and I always feel like I'm eating healthier than McDonald's or wendys

Always love roast beef sandwiches. The curly fries(hint-dip in hot mustard sauce from Mcdonalds, you'll thank me later). The Jamioca shake-w/coupon for a $1.00 is an awesome deal. Use to be 5 for $5.00 on the sliders, but now you get 3, which is a shame, but still good.
