Scooter's Coffee has quickly become a popular spot in Burnsville, offering quick drinks on the go with friendly customer service. The staff is noted for being polite and hardworking, even during busy times. While there is no seating inside, the location allows customers to order inside for takeout. Some reviews mention that the drive-thru can get busy, but many appreciate the option to order in person.
Despite some mix-ups with orders during peak hours, customers generally find the drinks enjoyable, with favorites like the iced Caramelicious and frozen lemonade receiving positive mentions. Recently, the store faced challenges due to a Wi-Fi outage, limiting payment options to cash. However, the staff has been praised for their professionalism and commitment to serving customers under these circumstances, even while honoring promotions from their grand opening.
Overall, Scooter's Coffee is recognized for its fast service, fun drinks, and a team that goes above and beyond, making it a welcome addition to the community. Customers express appreciation for the friendly atmosphere and acknowledge that challenges are often beyond the control of the staff, supporting the importance of patience during busy or difficult times.
