The fish stick I got with the pricey meal wasn’t worth it, I had to ask the person bringing the food out to me where the rest of my order was. This place has gone downhill quickly! I doubt I’ll ever go back. Every time I give another chance, there is another issue! I don’t mind waiting for a correct order worth what I paid! Order by phone for pickup on 12/27, was totally wrong, called asap and was told would send me coupons but never received! Am 83 shut in and thought I was going to have a real treat. Always loved Culver's until was DISMISSED. Charged $ 28.oo for single order!!
Poor customer service, this location also no longer provides a party-pack discount. Attempted to charge nearly $26 for the “party pack”. Elk River offers it for under $14.25…
