Honestly, I get that you don't want to make too much bread for that awful shrink margin, but whomever decided to not make enough bread for the day, needs to reevaluate their planning. Today my husband surprised me by bringing home lunch from Jimmy John’s. He asked what I wanted I used the app and had it made “my way” and by my way my husband knew he needed to express my gluten allergy when ordering to ensure I was safe. He said without skipping a beat the person taking the order demanded everyone to stop what they were doing after a gluten sandwich to wash their hands (even the cashier who couldn’t physically touch my food) and wipe down all areas....
I brought my Mom here today because she had never been to Jimmy John's. I have to say the experience from walking in the door and being greeted in a very friendly manner by the great group of young people working today really made my day. They had amazing music also!
