HORRIBLE!!! I mean horrible customer service. My drink tasted like water and there was about 2 ice cubes in it. I nicely asked them to fix it and she walks it over splashes about 1/8 of an ounce of something in it and brings it back and SLAMS it on the counter to the point it splashed back up in my face. Not to mention everyone there working is drinking while working. Will definitely be reporting everything with the state!! Also whoever the “bouncer” is will touch females.
The last two times I've been there to eat, we've had Emily as our server and both times she has been so rude. The first time I figured maybe she was having a bad day and brushed it off, but now a second time no. The way she serves you makes you feel like you are an inconvenience and she is not friendly at all. She screwed up our bill and when I asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes at me. Ordered take out for office lunch and all 6 of us picky eaters enjoyed our lunch. Special requests were honored and the friendliness of the staff was noticed.
