I ordered a pineapple pizza and was given the wrong pizza upon delivery - what I got is a sausage and Canadian bacon and other things pizza. I’ve been calling them to order a new pizza to be sent to me but they are picking the phone up and hanging or up - or they put you hold without saying anything. I was hold for 15 minutes . I paid 52 dollars for a pinnapple Canadian bacon pizza - I would like a new delivered to me and I’m even willing to pay another tip and delivery feel....read full review
I have been to Pizza Pub on many occasions with family & friends who live in the area.
All of those times have been decent, with fair service, but certainly not something I would negatively report. This past weekend was a huge exception to those other experiences.
On 12/1 I called in an order for 9 pizzas to be delivered to an event where 35+ people would be attending. The event was being held 12/7 so this gives them plenty of notice. I specifically wanted them...read full review
