Unfortunately, the service and quality of food received at this location have really suffered in the last 4 years compared to years before. Hopefully they can improve it soon, because DQ was expensive before but worth it when the service was excellent and the food you received was also great.

Waited 35 min in the drive through... I would say they are very understaffed and need to staff it up. When we got up to the window they didn't seem like they cared about how long they were taking. No rush to get their customers served. This drive through was packed! Only one lady seemed to be rushing out orders. Won't come back.
