I would have preferred maybe an additional item due to inconvenience but regardless they made it right!“

“I think it would be good practice to repeat orders back. We ordered 3 chicken strip meals and she only rang up 2. So I had to go place an another order so I could eat. This is not our usual DQ but it seems they also have the same problem. This is has now been 5 out 5 of our last visits where are orders have been wrong. A simple fix: REPEAT THE ORDER BACK. Which would take an extra 30 seconds.“

“Was just passing through on our way to our cabin we've been skeptical about going there because every time we do the order is wrong and the staff are rude. Not yesterday! The staff were pleasant and smiling, the service was fast and efficient despite waiting for fresh strips. The gal who was assisting us was the new store manager. She apologized for the slight wait for fresh food even brought us our tray, and even came back a second time to make sure things tasted okay and to see if we needed anything. The restaurant itself looked cleaner and had a more positive atmosphere. We will definitely be back Sunday when we head home! Thank you for the awesome service!
