Managers are refusing to look into the security cameras and contact police to investigate this incident. Someone could be in extreme danger or missing because your security team and management are not investigating! Please do something.

The woman who I asked to help me out at the self checkout today was very rude. I asked for help with a product that was marked down and she acted like it was a big inconvenience. I just wanted to leave my groceries and walk out. This was about 2:00-2:30. I said thank you to her and she just walked away and didn’t even respond. Most rude person I have ever run into at Byerly’s. Maybe she wasn’t suppose to be helping out. She was walking around with a spray bottle.

I go to big bowl express a lot, I really enjoy their food especially the best ones in my opinion are Plymouth and Ridgedale. Chanhassen needs to improve on keeping the food fresh, I usually get Kung Pao Chicken and it usually looks like it’s been sitting there for many many hours. (Super dry) Also the last three times I went there they have only filled up the bowl 3/4 full with way to many green beans ratio compared to chicken If I’m going to pay 9 dollars, should at least get the full amount. Also The service seems like its a hassle to get it for you. Hopefully they can improve because I go like their food, but will go elsewhere.

The staff needs customer service training, I don not feel welcome when placing my order or asking questions about the menu. I ate their chicken curry dish and it was bland and mushy, nothing like at the Big Bowl restaurant. I do not recommend this location.

If the ‘old guy’ is there, keep walking. He’s a nice guy, but incompetent. He will purposefully not refill popular items if it’s busy because it stresses him out. He will just say they are ‘sold out’ of them. He will forget sauces for your food.

I was a regular customer, I came in at least once a week. I always ordered the white rice and orange chicken and these past few experiences they would give me white rice that tasted like plastic, I don’t know how but it tasted like plastic.

We ordered a few items: cream cheese puffs - great, pot stickers- 9/10, sesame chicken was totally unexpected: a literal pile of green peppers and a sweet/souring sauce that totally ruined this dish. Certainly not like any sesame chicken I have ever had. There had to be almost a whole green pepper on it...wondering if I got the right entre?
