I ordered for delivery and did not receive what I ordered. The bowl I recieved had roasted peppers & onions, spicy chicken, cabbage. No feta, no cucumbers, no regular tomato. I called the restaurant, the guy working answered "hello". I had to ask I'd this was Crip & Green. I stated I just received my order and it was wrong. He said he would get a manager. I could hear him speaking to someone in the background and then he came back to the phone and hung up on me. I called back and was able to speak with a shift lead. I explained my order was wrong. I was offered a free salad, however being at work and ordering a delivery in the first place that doesn't help me. I requested a refund. I paid $24.01 for something I did not order and toppings I can't stand. I was told a refund should be issued within a few days. Will update if and when that happens.

I love their food BUT advise to only get it if it’s made in front of you (in store). I frequently do pick up or drive up/curbside and they miss ingredients often. It’s gotten absurd. So if you do go, check your order before you leave. Leaving this review after they missed TWO of my main ingredients today and of course no one answers the phone over 40 minutes of calling. For a $16 salad this is not ok. (And I see they responded here but they have NOT responded to my voice mail. It may look good on google, but responding here does not help the customer that reached out and asked for help like me.)

I have only done takeout from here. Generally the food is good, but quality can be inconsistent -- e.g. ingredients don't match what's on the order, missing dressing or wild rice hasn't quite finished cooking yet. When it all works, the bowls are good. If you're looking for more plant based food in your meal, this is a great place.

We love so many items on the menu. Butternut squash, mushrooms, potatoes, chicken, Buffalo chicken, Cobb salad, and southwest salad! Everyone is very friendly!

Kind of average today to be honest. You pay $18 and change for a meal here and they give you half the rice, no roasted tomatoes, ( because they’re out), and the runny oily bottom of the barrel hummus. The totality of the salad does it even get close to filling up the bowl and your left contemplating to yourself is it because it’s during lunch and everybody’s rushed or am I just being an A hole but the cost is so high you think you’re justified and hope they would just do better or at least compensate you in someway for not being able to make your actual salad or give you their freshest ingredients

I was so excited when Crisp&Green came to Chan so I didn’t have to drive to Wayzata anymore. Unfortunately this location is inconsistent. Tonight I ordered the Wild Child to go and I realized once I got home that they forgot the goat cheese- which is a big component. When I called to let them know, the person on the phone responded “well what would you like me to do?” I also had undercooked chicken from here a while go so I sent an email to let them know. Their response went into detail about how there was no way the chicken was undercooked because they do XYZ. No apology was just met with defensiveness. It’s a bummer as I know there is potential here.
