I have only done takeout from here. Generally the food is good, but quality can be inconsistent -- e.g. ingredients don't match what's on the order, missing dressing or wild rice hasn't quite finished cooking yet. When it all works, the bowls are good. If you're looking for more plant based food in your meal, this is a great place.
I was so excited when Crisp&Green came to Chan so I didn’t have to drive to Wayzata anymore. Unfortunately this location is inconsistent. Tonight I ordered the Wild Child to go and I realized once I got home that they forgot the goat cheese- which is a big component. When I called to let them know, the person on the phone responded “well what would you like me to do?” I also had undercooked chicken from here a while go so I sent an email to let them know. I love their food BUT advise to only get it if it’s made in front of you (in store). I frequently do pick up or drive up/curbside and they miss ingredients often. It’s gotten absurd. So if you do go, check your order before you leave. Leaving this review after they missed TWO of my main ingredients today and of course no one answers the phone over 40 minutes of calling.
