She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. “Took a chance on a small mall coffee shop-what a surprise. Best coffee I’ve had around the Twin cities. Whatever coffee they’re using, it’s fantastic. Wish they had as many locations as the other chain stores (or at least one out in Eagan 😆)“
