Super good coffee. Great flavor and roast. I had a cortado, and it was piping hot, which is great. I’m deducting 1 star because the place was hard to find/identify (it’s actually inside of Chanhassen brewing) and the patio area is so close to the highway that the noise level is a big bummer. I will be back but will probably sit inside.
It’s great to find a local coffee roaster that has good beans across the board. Not only are their light and medium roast good but they can do dark as well! I’m proud to buy local and have it actually be quality as well.
Amazingly smooth. Not too sweet and not too bitter. A great shift from the big box coffee shop. I see multiple locations with drive through windows, swag and merch and a new level of Barista Magic in their near future!
