We have been coming here for years and the food is pretty good and we enjoy the casual setting with cool Mexican feel. We were a little skeptical to stop in with some friends over the weekend because the last visit left us a bit disappointed. Main reason was that no one spoke English and service was not great. They were also out of most of their dessert.I am glad this was not the case this time. The prices have definetly gone up, which was expected. But, We had a wonderful server, food quality was great and portions plenty big! They also had more than usual varitues of salsa, from mild to very hot! We will definetly be back.Vegetarian options: They have a whole section for vegetarians. Some items better than others. Add the fajita side plate if your food doesn't come with rice/beans/sour cream/lettuce.

My husband's number one thing is to try a new Mexican restaurant when we travel. This one was close to the hotel so we decided to give it a try. We would not go back and on the bottom of our list for best Mexican restaurants.We did read the reviews and noticed a lot of people complaining about the service. We did not have that problem at all.Easy parking but was in a strip mall so can see having to park further when busy.When we walked inside it seemed very crowded. You had to walk past a few bunch seating to a podium then they would seat you from there. It was not a big establishment and had a lot of seat packed inside.Our server came to us right away to bring chips and salsa then took our drink order right away. The menu was large with lots of options. We knew what we wanted to order before he came back with drinks so that was placed right away.The food was mediocre and for sure nothing to write home about. I got the carnitas street taco, my husband the steak fajitas, and our friend the enchilada special. We also had to Dr. Peppers and water. Our total was just over $50.

I visited restaurant on 12 23 2023 with 4 guests. Bill was 75 dollars, we tipped 15 dollars cash. Management added 15 dollars tip to my credit card without my approval. Deceitful! Management denied any wrong doing on 01 02 2024 when I personally confronted them with the wrong doing. The server was present during my confrontation on 01 02 2024 and admitted receiving the 15 dollar cash tip. Management did reimburse me 15 dollars cash on 01 02 2024. Total Out THE RESTAURANT COPY CARD RECEIPT and keep YOUR CUSTOMER COPY before leaving this restaurant!!! Good food , but not trustworthy.

Usually solid Mexican and fast service. Not tonight despite having more servers than patrons. Ordered chips and their white salsa to go. Literally no cooking involved rather scoop chips and salsa into to go containers. Well apparently there is a single appointed server who can complete such tasks and was busy helping the only two occupied tables while the other servers stood around and gabbed. Reminded the manager after waiting 10 minutes thinking someone just forgot. Simply responded the only person working was on it. After another 5 minutes of watching the manager guard the host stand, servers gab about the latest cat video and the single appointed magical server do anything but scoop I almost left if not for husbands love for that white salsa. Next time I will use their tip and order a margarita to consume while waiting for the glacial paced service. And yes there will be a next time, stupid white salsa…

Don't order delivery. Shouldn't allow requests through third parties if you won't honor even simple ones. Also there's these crazy little cups you can use for sour cream instead of passive aggressively dumping it on top of lettuce in a styeofoam box. Used to be awesome.

went and got enchiladas tonight. Began eating first one and it had several pieces of human hair inside the enchilada. checked through all of them and each seemed to have multiple pieces of hair. definitely calling them to complain, but beware of their lack of hygiene.

I remember this place being much better but with the experience and current state I feel like it is destined for shut down. We went on a weeknight and got sat in the row of seats that guests walk through to get to the host stand which was definitely not ideal. From the start the place looked questionable. The bar had burnt out lights and broken machines and just run down. We were sat in a booth that had a child of one of the workers sitting right behind us. The child was on a ipad without headphones and the volume at full blast which was a big bummer since we had the piercing noises loud and clear. We ordered a quesadilla and chimichanga. Neither were good and despite us both being very hungry, neither of us came close to even finishing our dishes since they were not good at all. Sadly we will not be returning and the fact that both of us had some digestive issues following makes us question the overall sanitation of the entire restaurant.

Tip padding? -- They added $1 to the tip after I filled out the tip on the receipt and left, but I caught it while doing expenses just now. I only tipped 13% because the server didn't come back for over 20 minutes after dropping off the food and I couldn't get help. So check your receipts. Service and everything else was friendly/pretty good though.
