I ordered online my order was suppose to be done at 3:50 it said it was ready I walked into the store to pick it up and it wasn't even started. I ordered the outlaw with extra meat and they were out, so I got the chicken but paid for steak and extra meat. They were out of the bread I wanted. I asked for the bacon to be cooked twice and was misunderstood and it was cut in half so less bacon than normal? Won't go to this store again!

I'd avoid this place during lunch. Rude manager. It felt like he had 1 foot out the door already. Flys behind the counter. No hairnets even when manager has long hair and facial hair? Never going here again.

Hey! I like the remodel! Looks bright and fresh! I stopped in today to have a sandwich made for a work picnic tomorrow, so needed to have it put together so it was a amazing tomorrow. Maya was all over it. She knew my bread choice while I was struggling to remember its name, and made suggestions about sandwich and toppings that were up to my challenge. She offered a Mayo packet when I asked for Mayo, so it wouldn't get soggy. Her personality was warm, personal and professional, and she very obviously not only knows her business, she enjoys the product. I really like frequenting businesses that are enjoyable and stress less. Thank you for your help, Maya!
I came to this location on my lunch break 2 people working both were not wearing visors, the older lady kept touching her hair all the time and didn't wash her hands until I asked her to wash her hands. They definitely need more training at this location.i used to be a subway manager and this wouldn't be acceptable at all.

We ordered 3 sandwiches for curbside pickup. The employee brought out a bag and walked back in the store. There were only 2 sandwiches in the bag. We went in, showed the receipt for 3 sandwiches and got an "oh, sorry." We waited in the car for the 3rd sandwiche, but had to go back in to get it. We got home and the Bacon, Egg and cheese sandwich had no bacon on it. We tried to call the store twice and noone would pick up the phone. Moral of the story: don't order on the app. Go in and watch them make your sandwiches.

As a previous reviewer showed, this restaurant apparently closes early often. Got there at 9 after they showed they were open until 9:30 and the guy locked the door and turned off the open sign as I was walking up. It’s fine, glad the worker got to go home early but update your hours or talk to your employees about closing early.

Gentlemen working was very pleasant and working hard. Made great subs for bf and I. The young lady however didn't lift a finger and talked so loudly almost a yell about school life and personal life. I'm not sure how many times we heard her say "like ". Store was a little in disarray. Other than that subs were good
