Went for breakfast on a Saturday with friends and ate inside instead of drive through. It's my first time having breakfast at Wendy's and I liked it. Great for the price, and filling. The service was good too. But it was torture listening to the music played on the speakers in the dining area and then at the same time completely different music being blared by someone back in the kitchen. Why do you feel the need to take a blaring stereo to your place of employment and crank it up like that? Nobody else I know does that at their workplace. Had to take our food and leave. It was driving us nuts.

Want to Chanhassen Wendy's today with our granddaughter to have lunch and try the new frosty options. We were completely disappointed in the staff and the mistakes made with our order. What appeared to be the only English speaking person took our order and she couldn't understand what we were asking for in what we wanted and we couldn't understand her trying to repeat back to us what she thought she heard. They got all 3 orders wrong and when we brought this to her attention it took a struggle to have her understand a small part of their mistakes. We choose to cut our losses and eat what they decided to give us. Never going back to any Wendy's again out of principal seeing that corporate could blow this to be what they are okay with.

I was pretty impressed with how hard-working the staff was here, the inside is new and clean. They haven't updated soda machine and some great deals on the menu compared to other fast food joints in this inflationary world we live in

Came to order food and they were very unprofessional they had attitudes not one of the employees had welcoming attitudes at all second my order was all wrong food was old and cold and when I went inside to tell they messed up my order they looked at me as if I wasn’t suppose to be there and gave me shitty attitudes once more I feel like if they know they have to deal with customers then have a better attitude if customer service isn’t your area of expertise then don’t apply not that I expect corporate or anyone to do anything about our complaints I could’ve gotten bitchy but I’m just gonna give this bad review

Really great food. Was really disappointed that there was no changing table for my baby. Had to change him on my lap in the bathroom on the floor. Really surprised honestly.

My family frequented this Wendy’s for the first 18 years of my life and they always make at least one mistake with our order. At this point it’s charming and a fun surprise.

Order a chicken blt and pineapple frosty and the woman didn't understand English, had to repeat a few times and when I got my order it was completed wrong. The frost wasn't even made correctly and was served without a top. Burger King has better service than this and they suck worst than wendy but now I feel like bk is better
