Love this place
I live close by here, and have been here many times since opening. The staff are helpful and willing enough, yes. Cleanliness? A solid no: consistently there’s scraps of the previous diner’s meal on surfaces. Napkins, food droppings in the floors. Came in yesterday 7 pm and they were out of staples: rice, veggies, steak, chicken, beans. When they have food it’s good: and being there isn’t another location close by, I deal with the mess.
It’s not always terrible but quite a few times the employees literally act annoyed that you are even there. Forget greeting you or anything like that, they don’t want you there! And any request will be met with a sigh and a pissed off demeanor. Whoever the manager is should be ashamed of themselves.

The rice and chicken are extremely good, not dry, and the guacamole, fajita veggies, and sofritas are solid choices. The restaurant also handles food allergies very seriously and respectfully, making customers feel cared for. While the portion sizes can vary, the flavors are usually praised. The location is convenient, with efficient takeout and online ordering options, though orders may not always be ready exactly on time. Cleanliness can be hit or miss, but the variety of menu options and freshness of ingredients make it a convenient choice for lunch, dinner, or dining out.
