It's not a bad place to order from, it's just not great. This comes from the point of view of someone who has frequented a lot of Chinese cuisine restaurants, the food is ok. The fried rice that comes with combo meals is lackluster and is akin to eating sandpaper. The fried rice you get from the pint and quart containers is marginally better. Their portion sizes range depending on the feel of who's serving it. Some days you will get a meal with a lot of vegetables and sometimes you will be given a lot of meat. I understand that during troubling times you have to cut back, but there comes times when you can't lose sight of what your customer base wants. In my experience if a restaurant is cheaping out on the rice, it means they are cutting more corners elsewhere. I have ordered from this restaurant a number of times, and found it to not improve.

The portion size was perfect but the fried rice and sesame chicken were so salty that it became hard to eat.

I am obsessed with the cream cheese wontons! My son and I like to walk down at least once a week and get our fill! Highly recommend!! Food comes out wicked fast, it’s always delicious and never any issues. Prices are more than affordable and the portions are so generous, if I didn’t love these wontons so much my four year old and I could share one order but they’re so good, we both get our own. :)

Kid-friendliness: My four year old is always greeted with hello from the owner and even given some extra fortune cookies! She even gave some recommendations of non spicy food he might like! :)

Ordered off regular menu, this is the smallest rice I’ve ever received.Didn’t know they come that small.I suggest that you just get the combo

I order a combo set once every 1-2 weeks.
For people living alone, set menus are extremely valuable.
It's a little different from authentic Chinese food, but the taste is good enough.

Amazing food.... very flavorful and perfectly cooked! We've been good customers since they've been in Centerville (over 20 years). Other chinese restaurants may be good, but this is the best!

Tried here for the first time tonight for takeout. Very disappointed. The cream cheese puffs barely had any cream cheese in them. The vegetarian egg rolls were the size of your pointer finger. $50 for dinner and it sucked. We usually go to New China in Blaine but since we live closer to Annie’s Wok we decided to try and will not be returning.
