Go to this place a lot, really nice people. But I just ordered a banana split and man oh man. The banana splits…What i got is not a banana split. DQ please teach these employees how to make a better banana split.

Horrible people tonight, 4:34pm. DT-54 we asked them to refund our amount for a horrible made smoothie $5.72 something needs to be done with poor workers. Horrible customer service.

Normally this DQ is really great but I went here tonight and watched this little short haired girl walk around coughing through your store in the back where the food is without covering anything and she was the one to make my blizzard. I can't even eat it. It is gross what she was doing was gross. walking right by the window coughing with out covering. zero attempt to cover. will not be back while she is working there. Thanks for wasting my money! GROSS!

Was here with a lady friend and her friend a little after 3 PM today 6/23/2024, I got the short strawberry shake(I don’t know what they got), I’m not from the area, but that was one good shake I had(as long as my stomach doesn’t turn against me later on) I normally don’t have Dairy Queen (If at all) but it’s been a while since I’ve had it but overall decent location, decent employees as well(high school? I guess). Employees were friendly. Didn’t have to deal with bees buzzing around me(which seemed kind of strange as it was very hot today, OK well not that hot but in the 80s we had our desserts outside by the way), but as soon as we were about to leave, we saw a bee so thank Neptune we got out of there in time before a possible swarm came, anywho back to the restaurant decent location a bit small but did have a drive-through. I’m not from this area(I’m from Plymouth) but if I ever do return to circle pines, I will make sure to come to Dairy Queen and try out that strawberry shake again(or maybe something else and pending the money).#WillBeBackUnlessMyStomachSaysOtherwise.

Dairy Queen ice cream just isn't very good anymore

So basically, I walk in the store and immediately I smell this awful stench of BO and when I walk to the cashier it get severely worse that I could not handle it anymore. I asked what the smell was and the person at the register said it was just the trash. I said I know darn well that it wasn’t the trash and know where it was coming from. That’s not all, but when I ordered a chili cheese dog, there was no cheese and barely any chili so when I spoke to them about it, they didnt offer any compensation and kicked me out of the store. I will never be returning and I hope nobody else does too.

Absolutely love this Dairy Queen. So much better than the Lino Lakes one. They always get your order right and your blizzards are always mixed to the bottom, not just half way. The service is great. People are kind and helpful. I've never encountered a grumpy or rude employee in the 5 yrs we have visited. They deserve a reward.
