“We went to the Rib Cook Off in Sparks, NV and ordered a full rack. The ribs were tender literally falling off the bone, soft and juicy. The sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy and absolutely delicious. The only downside was the sauce pump. When the male staff member brought it to the table, it wasn’t working, and he didn’t even try to test it out or fix it. That was a bit inconvenient. But overall, this booth had the best sauce of the night and ribs that were cooked perfectly.“
