Great food. Known for their square pizza with a sausage on every slice, they also have pasta, chicken wings, salads and more. The service was good, fast seating. Food came out mildly quick. Smaller restaurant 12 -15 tables or so? There are frozen homemade pizza's to go, decently priced. Great place.
Typical Sammy's excellence. Hardly had time to take the picture as the pizzas were being devoured quickly. Friendly staff and was served promptly. NEVER disappointed. Thank you!
This is the better choice for pizza in Cloquet.
Grabbed a sausage & onion, double dough for dinner. Sufficient to feed me 2 nights and both times I ate it, I enjoyed my dinner.
Sausage is hand-formed. Sauce is a little robust but not enough to overpower the pie. Cheese melts nicely and gives a good pull when fresh and hot. Onions were diced and largely faded into the background but that's not a positive for me.
