We have eaten at Florios long before they moved to Cohasset…they were in Long ville. The food taste, quality, service has not changed in all of these years. It is Awesome and the prices are still very reasonable for the good size portions you receive. It is My Favorite Restaraunt! Keep up the Great Service! Thank You!

Food is decent, service has always been fairly decent also. Tonight we asked for no tomatoes on our gyro. We were told that the owner had informed staff that customers can’t take “take things off” and that we would have to pick the tomato’s off ourselves. This was a decent restaurant close to home, which is to bad. We won’t be back with that kind of unprofessional behavior from the owner.

Nice local family restaurant & bar. Menu is standard fare for small Minnesota town. We were disappointed on two fronts: food was served without a napkin or utensils (forks, spoons , knives). We had to ask for them while our food was cooling... in addition, it was difficult to get service bc the waitstaff was spending their time conversing with other locals. These issues could easily be corrected: when food is ordered, utensils, condiments, and napkins should be placed in front of the customer. Waitstaff should ALWAYS make eye contact with the customers.

Third time ordering lunch fish platter and I get scrawny tail ends with hardly and fillet meat. All batter. Used to be fantastic. But 3 times is a strike out!
Terrible customer service!! Tonight, my family tried to place an order over the phone for pickup. The waitress left us on hold for 15-20 minutes just to then hang up the phone on us without taking our order. The excuse was “I had to bring food out before it was cold.” She wouldn’t even offer to take the order, or even apologize for the delay. I have never had someone talk to myself let alone a family member in such a rude and pathetic manner.

even though it was a Friday it was a very slow service and our party showed up at 630 and after we got there only one more party party showed up so it was the end of dinner rush and even after alot of people left we still had slow service i even had to go ask for to go boxes and some of us ordered salads and they brought that out last. but other than that, i love their fried fish
