They treat there staff awful.
I placed on order using the mobile because I was given a free angus burger as a birthday reward with purchase. So I decided to give them a try, placed an order that included a few more burgers and combo so I can feed others since mine was going to be free and paid on the app for everything. Placed a future order so that there was not rush for the restaurant. Placed a mobile order and store was out of the items I ordered. Was unable to refund the order. Was not trained on how to handle situations like this and had no contact information on who to reach out to for a refund. Was simply told they were out, been out for almost a week, and to contact corporate.
