“I love the Montana Cafe. I grew up in Cook and went there a lot in the late 90's/early 2000s. I come back to Cook several times a year and although it it has changed owners (my understanding) it still has the same feel. I enjoy it and would recommend. My oly advice would be to brew better coffee.“
“It's a smaller space inside and we were there for my friends wedding dinner and the staff were fun, helpful, and fast. We had the bone in wings, fried pickles, and broiled walleye. As a person who doesn't really enjoy fish, the walleye was prepared perfectly and I actually ate the entire thing (the fillets were huge too). The wings were juicy with a crispy outside and the fried pickles were exactly as advertised. Plenty of dock space for boats and easy access in and out of the bay. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely return here again!“
“We came here on a whim trying to find something close in a place we aren't from. The gals behind the bar were very nice. You got the vibe everyone probably knew everyone and we were not that haha but they were still so nice. The food was delicious I thoroughly enjoyed the burger. I'm picky I hate to admit and this was great. I especially loved the bun they served my burger on. Grilled and soft yum yum.“
“So I told the waiter my go-to is the Pattymelt, he said it's the best one you'll ever have. WOW! He was not kidding, it was the best I have ever had. After all my travels across America I found THE BEST PATTYMELT, in Northern Minnesota. As I Thanked him after our meal, I said "tell the owner you have the best sandwich in America ". He looks at me and says, well I'm the owner and thanks. Again WOW, you can't go wrong at the Junction Bar & Grill. And who knows you might even get the privilege of being served by the owner him self.Cheers, yours truly.Indiana Jack“
