Baby backs were incredibly dry with no flavor
Had been waiting for this location to open back up. This is not a traditional setup but is an amazing concept. It is setup like a cafeteria. First you pick box, platter, or bowl then select your meat, before moving to side selection, and finally paying. Everything is boxed in front of you.
