used to be good. do not order delivery! we ordered online from the website, email reciept received at 12:22pm....it is 1:15pm. still no food. so much not #freakyfast more like #freakyslow worse delivery time ever. but I rwcieved a text they are using Uber eats. had I known that I never would have ordered. door dash would have been fast. this is not. I wish I never ordered my kid a special lunch that is still not here! so very disappointed and I give 0 stars.
Stopped at this location tonight (1/19/2024) and as I’m walking up to the door a solid 20 minutes to closing a worker hurried to lock the door as the previous customer was leaving. Then wouldn’t acknowledge my presence. Finally they said they ran out of meat.
I’ve stopped at this location a few times and it continues to disappoint with every visit.
I ordered at 6:57 pm online order was received at 6:58 pm. my order was indicated that it was out for delivery at 7:40 pm. We called the store at 8:02 pm to express our disappointment and unacceptably of how long it was taking for our food to reach us. we were told we were to be the first part to delivered to which would make sense, since we are less than a mile away from store location.
