Update….the food has improved a bit! Still feels like they rush a bit to put stuff together but the taste was better than the last time. Fried rice was a bit over done but the flavor was on point.

On the road again bound for Portland and a visit with our youngest son. We asked the Apple Map for suggestions for dinner. Out of 25 suggestions a small little Thai restaurant came forth. Charlem Thai Restaurant with one $ for cost and four stars for rating. The food was incredible. The Drunken noodles were light with crisp bean sprouts and small medallions of pork.
