Excellent pizza, cooked perfectly. I had forgotten how good their pizza was. Stuffed crust and deep dish are perfect. Good value in their coupons and cinnabon dessert to die for.
We preordered online and we headed to the store, expecting a quick fast order. But instead we waited a whole hour for a pizza and some wings. The service was good, but the wait time was absolutely horrendous. While I was there, I encountered that they messed up multiple people's orders quite often. This man came in for a delivery for 1 pizza, but they "mistakenly" gave him 4 pizzas. And other people came in and were waiting for their orders and 2 of the orders got mixed up. Unfortunately, I think finding good help is hard right now. 2 times within the past year, I have ordered specific pizza's and they have been delivered wrong (wrong toppings). The first time, I opted for a credit for our next purchase. That credit was never honored. The most recent time, they offered a credit or bringing another pizza, which as over an hour out.
